If it's this load I had some about a year ago and went through it all. Need to buy more. It's nasty for a 9mm round! http://www.sgammo.com/product/wincheste ... ries-ra9ta

There are several different ranger loads I have only tried the 127 grain +P+ and it reminds me of shooting a .357sig. Hot stuff!

I would just make sure any gun could handle it and I wouldn't give it a steady diet of it. It went through my P-95 and a friend put some through a sig 9mm but its hot! I would only test and use as a carry round!

Carried them in my glock 36 when I had it. Always fed reliably but were a little warm thru the lightweight 36.

I carry the Ranger T (previously Ranger SXT) 147 grain. They are a descendant of the evil black talon rounds.

Yep, I carry the 230 gr .45 ACP Ranger T +P.

I didn't think it was noticeably harder to shoot than any other .45 ACP. I put 100 rounds of it through my 1911 before choosing to carry it. Helps that I carry a full size 1911.

I don't have the "T" rounds but I do carry the Ranger's in my XD.
My partner likes the PDX1's which I think are just as good as the "T" rounds as far as expansion and not coming apart once they start to open up.

Everyday.

230 Grain Ranger Bonded in the .45, 127 Grain +P+ Ranger T in various 9mms, and 130 grain +P Ranger T in various .38s.

Good stuff. The previously mentioned sgammo.com or ammunitiontogo.com are good sources for it.

From numerous chronographing tests, accuracy tests, and visual examination PDX1 and Ranger Bonded APPEAR to be the same ammunition.

Just my .02,
LeonCarr

230 Grain Ranger Bonded in the .45 is what I carry in my G30. Never had any issues with it eating it.

I carry the Ranger T in both my Sig 40 cal and 45 ACP. Actually I carry ranger in my .357 and 9mm also. SGammo.com and ammunition to go has Ranger in various types. I have some old "Black Talon" that I've had for years, and the Ranger T appears to be the same stuff without the black coating.
