Grandfather Arrested For Reckless Conduct After Holding Burglar At Gunpoint
When the police arrived to arrest Hebert instead of thanking Dennis for protecting his grandchildren and acting as any responsible citizen should they arrested him on a charge of reckless conduct.
$5 says it's the warning shot that did it.

Absent a warning shot into the ground or flat out shooting the bugger, should we law abiding home owner/chl folk use whistles or what?

This is a serious question as the lawyers/sharks circle about looking anxiously for prey.

I thought you were supposed to fire two warning shots into center mass? Then if he decides to come after you or get up, whatever, then you plug him in the head?
