F/S Glock 23 w/Night Sights & Holster

Selling a LNIB Glock 23 RTF2 Gen 3 W/Tru Glo Fiber Optic Night Sights. Has less than 50 rounds downpipe. Took it to range after I got it and cleaned it up and it just sits in Safe.
I did add Tru Glo Fiber Optic Sights and I do a trigger job , 3.5 Ghost Trigger but I did keep stock one. Including a New Bianchi Holster Shadow 2 model 7 that will go with it.
Gun is perfect , can`t really tell I`ve shot it ramp still black. Comes with everything when I bought it. Only reason I`m selling it is I have several other 40 caliber guns.
Looking for $500 for it , Local FTF Located in Sachse/Garland Area , CHL preferred can do bill of sale also. Also I am original owner. Thanks for looking
