Yep, non-compliant 30.06 notices are despised by Beiruty, and said gun-toting Texans would disarm when he sees the non-compliant 30.06 is printed on standard 1-letter laser printer page. Or, like at silly and seizure inducing place such as Chuckee's Cheese. And, did I say I do hate that place too! They post a non-compliant 30.06 notice with small fonts where a previous famous robbery happened no other than said hated place.

Mr. Beiruty estimated if outed or someone who knows what a gunpack is decided to let the management knows of a man-with-gun is around the kids. The management would summon the 911 in the blues and least Mr. Beiruty would be arrested and and sent to the jail waiting to be bailed out and then retain a lawyer or try convince the DA that said non-compliant sign is none compliant and motivate the DA to drop the charges. Mr. Beiruty would be stuck with an arrest record that has to be purged by spending more green banknotes.

Take a deep breath and calm down Beriuty.

Thanks a lot, your tip helped a lot. I had to disarm yesterday, when 3 families and ours decided to take the kids at Chuckee's place in Lubbuck, TX. I had to be there to watch for my son. That place was so crowded like can of sardine.
My friends where asking why I do keep running after my 6-yr old son and not leaving him alone for just a sec. I was told, no one can take a kid outside unless the teen at the entrance check your "secret" ink with UV light.

I whispered: "Have you thought of Psycho who is a pedophile grabbing a kid, and taking the kid to the back of store or to the family-restroom?....." He was like

My mistake. I used to have a nice leather one similar to that until my wife let one of my pups run loose in the house a few years ago. He found it in the office and chewed through the belt portion.

I guess I don't get it. If it is a non-compliant sign--then it is a non-compliant sign and doesn't mean didly. Just keep your mouth shut and go about your business as if you know exactly what you are doing. the only one who knows is you and you know what the law is.

I think its because of the way he conceals...it screams that he is carrying.

whats the deal with places posting a non compliant sign anyway ? seems if they took the time to know which sign to post they would know how it should be posted ? am i missing something ? i did once hear a rumor of a corporation requiring a sign but local (gun friendly) management trying to foil the operation ..
luckily ive yet to see one .. would it be obvious if i was outside measuring letters before i went ?

Simple.......

If you will disarm for a non-compliant sign, then just consider it the same intent as a compliant 30.06 and take your business (and money) elsewhere. Not much feels better to me than denying my money to fools who have no regard for MY RIGHTS.

I know that can be difficult when you have kids in tow expecting a Big Mac & toy or whatever........
But I am sure there are other places that welcome your armed presence and probably have better food anyway.

So, go to a food place that welcomes you and then take the kids to the toy store that welcomes you!
