How about a KHolster left handed Crescent or Little Moon? He can set the cant any way he wants and then when he changes his mind he can sell it and not lose much money, or keep it as a backup in case he injures his right hand.

Well, our own local Riverrat makes holsters and has a new little IWB he has. I use mine now instead of the MTAC. Love it and use it almost exclusively now. Contact him and see if he can make it for SOB.

Try tucker gun leather, not the cheapest but excellent holsters.

I use a tuckable WRB for my LCR and carry it at 1:00, what I like about it is how thin it is compared to leather and the clip is strong and hides behind my belt. I had a custom from D.M Bullard and it was a nice leather holster, just a bit too thick for me. I also prefer leather and most of my holsters are customs from either TT GunLeather or Zlogonje, both make great holsters and thats what I use for my semi's. Personally I am not a fan of Kydex so I never even consider them.....

Have you discussed with him why SOB carry might not be a great idea? There's lots of reasons, I want to say I've seen some of them discussed here, but I also readily found a lot via Google including this old THR thread.

I'd think that the biggest reason that they note in here is that it's hard to avoid sweeping yourself and while you may be able to work that out when you're practicing, it might be tough when there's a BG bearing down on you. Just thought I'd put that out there.
