Since I noticed another post about the candidates in my Senate district, I was curious about the local (Brazos Valley) House District race. I can't find anything on Raney's site about gun rights, but here is an overtly supportive position by Hal Hawkins, http://halhawkins.com/?page_id=89

I visited with John Raney about campus carry when he ran the first time. He declared his support for campus carry at that time.
