Good pivot pin video.

I usually install mine with a pocketknife and a hefty amount of explicit language.

Well since you asked for it... and just to pick nits... there were a couple spots where I thought the angle could be better, the focus was off in a few scenes, and your voice gets too quiet once or twice.

Great content, though... very informative.

THIS!! I have assembled many lowers and EVERY time it resulted in a pivot spring flying clear across the room accompanied with much profanity and dog kicking (I kid).... not much though. I will be using that trick henceforth.

Yeah, I was using a Nikon D5100 camera (my wifes) and I was still trying to figure out the depth-of-field finickiness of her lens. As for getting soft voiced, it usually happened when I moved behind the camera or I forgot and turned my head away

Could have been worse -- I could have done it all with my iPhone

Yeah. They say necessity it the mother of invention, and I was in an odd situation of needing to find something that would work. As it turned out though, I was looking for something completely different at Home Depot when I came across that clevis pin. I was looking at it thinking, "Would that work instead of a $15 tool from Brownells??" Sure enough, it did!
