I have a CZ P-01, and I think the ergonomics are great, right up there with a Browning Hi Power, and that is saying a lot. The regular CZ 75B's are pretty heavy, great for a range gun or home defense. I don't know anything about the RAMI's. CZ's are definitely top quality for regular production guns. If there's anything you would like to know in particular, I'll try to help.

Depends what it is for.

If you are talking a range gun, or a gun that will sit on the nightstand, the CZ is a top quality gun. As noted, it is also a heavy gun, so it may not be as convenient for every day concealed carry.

Personally, I do not not like guns that shoot double action on the first shot and single action thereafter. I'd rather shoot a cocked & locked 1911 that is single action all the time, or a DAO-style gun. I like every trigger pull from a gun to feel consistent.

If grip size is the issue, have her look at a S&W M&P. It is also a top-tier gun, and the 3 adjustable palm swells let you tailor the grip to a small hand.

What does one use a "postol" for? Until I know what it is, I don't feel qualified to comment.

Assuming you're talking about pistols, I too like the M&P line and the 1911 pattern and own versions of both pistols myself, but I would also highly recommend the Kahr line of pistols for your wife to take a look at. My wife also owns a Glock 19, but as with your wife, she doesn't like the grip size that much, and she also finds it too large to carry. After trying my Kahr PM9 pocket gun, she really liked it, and we bought her a Kahr CW9. The CW9 is just little bit bigger (even though it will still fit in my pocket) and it is nice and light. It is chambered in 9mm which is a proven self-defense caliber, and it is really easy to shoot. It is striker fired like a Glock, but the trigger is more like a very smooth revolver trigger. The trigger pull is longer like a revolver, but it is not very heavy and it doesn't stack up the way some revolver triggers can. It is polymer framed, so the frame soaks up some of the recoil impulse. The grip is not adjustable by means of inserts, but it does fit small hands VERY well. Also, you can find CW9s for real reasonable prices. Ours cost us around $420 new in the box, and you can find them cheaper than that. I paid $399 for my CW45, which is the same gun, but just a tad larger to accommodate the .45 ACP cartridge. I pocket carry the CW45 sometimes too.

So take a good look at the Kahr series. It may not be what you're looking for, but they are certainly worth the look, and a number of members of this board like them and carry them too. Your profile doesn't indicate where you are located, but if you live anywhere near northeast Tarrant County, I would be happy to let you try ours out at a range some time.
