Has anyone used a brass catcher for a handgun? I've seen several websites for AR-15 brass catchers.

When I bend down repeatedly I get lightheaded and dizzy. Most likely a remaining side affect of the cancer treatment I've undergone the last few years. I'm looking for a brass catcher that will work with a handgun so I can recover my brass without having to bend over to pick it up. I've looked around the range and I haven't seen anyone use one.

I'd like some opinions on what y'all use to pick up your brass. And whether a brass catcher is really practical. When I pick up my brass, I seem to get the evil eye from the RO so I'd like something that is a little inconspicuous.

No, no, no brass catchers are Verboten and downright undignified! Get one of THESE and save your back and your dignity.

aka pecan picker, LOL! They work great unless it is on gravel if the gravel is the right size it will pick that up.

All ranges near me are indoor so this ought to work perfectly. I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone else with it.

I've ordered one already. I wonder how many people will ask if they can borrow it once they see it in action.

I have tried a few theat never worked great. I just pick them up after a get a good pile.

Last time my daughter was with me shooting I made a game out of it for her to see how many she could catch before they hit the ground. Gloves are very helpful.

I built a brass catcher out of PVC and mesh. Worked okay on outdoor ranges but kind of a pain at indoor ranges. Depending on where I placed it. It would catch from 50% to 80% of my brass. Haven't used it in a while.
