Texas version of the Castle Doctrine?

hi guys, I read about the Florida Castle Doctrine that protects CCW holder in case of legitimate use of force event that no criminal charges or civil lawsuits will be against you . Is the Texas Senate deliberating on such bill to the senate? thanks

SB 112 rhw Texas "castle doctrine" bill will be voted on in the Senate next week. It has 27 of 31 Senators as sponsors. There are more than 100 sponsors in the House (of 150 members). I think it has a fair chance of passing.

Wow, glad we have a progun Tx senate and a great dealo 0f clout. It wil be a boost to gun owners in Tx to pursue CHL and make known to criminals be careful you mess with, LOL
