Can Anyone Tell Me What this Colt Tool Is?

I picked this up with a large load of gun parts and reloading gear a while back and have not been able to figure out what this is, even with the help of all knowing and all seeing Google....
It is an aluminum plate, with gold anodizing and the stamped/engraved Colt logo. Roughly 12" wide and 8" tall. It has the small handscrews as seen and looks like some type of adjustable jig.
Does anyone have any idea what this may be?

looks like a display for behind a counter or a gun show. just my guess

Holds revolvers for display on tilt or on the wall.

Thanks for the feedback. Waaaay to obvious now (and feeling a bit sheepish). Thought it was some kind of jig or doohickey at first glance.
