I usually go with http://www.sgammo.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Prices have gone up a bit on 7.62X39 but they have Golden Tiger for about $220 for 1k, slightly more for Brown Bear and Silver Bear. Shipping is usually reasonable.

still have a lot left over from buying "enough" when I got a wooden barrel of sks carbines for $89.00 each before the infamous gun ban which now expired.
but prices ... I looked at
http://www.ammoengine.com/find/ammo/7.6 ... =1&group=1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

1,000 rounds runs $205 to $375 depending on bullet type

Widener's has 1k for 205. Russian steel cased stuff.

They had a 1280 of brass Yugo for 240? I grabbed one but it seems to be gone. Some of the best prices I've seen and their mags aren't priced too bad either.

Make sure you clean your AK good after shooting the Yugo brass surplus. Its corrosive. I'm sure you already knew that but I figured I'd give a head's up just in case you didnt!

I like doing business with the good folks at Wideners.

Register and they'll alert you when your ammo comes in, too.
