I recently contacted RCBS regarding a Rock Chucker press I have owned since 1973. The problem was that the pin started backing out of the ram. RCBS promptly sent me a new pin with lock rings under warranty - no charge.

I've had the same experience with RCBS, they are quality folk.

The Team at RCBS are great..!!
I have been treated like family ( in a good way ) for many years .
Never really mattered what the problem was or who was at fault, if any.

Have not had the opportunity to deal with RCBS yet (do have quite a bit of their stuff). I have had beyond outstanding service from Dillon and Redding. Sent my 550 back to Dillon and got a complete overhaul (essentially new press) for the cost of shipping. Had a stuck case in a Redding die, sent it in and they not only got the case out, they replaced everything on it outside of the body. ...and shipped some samples of case lube, a white paper, and a new container to boot!

Also dealt with Lee service once with a defective hand primer that was only a couple of months old. They did replace it, but it took a couple of emails justifying why it should be replaced vs. Dillon & Redding service with no hesitation.

There are a number of industries that could benefit from the examples in the reloading world!
