Doors open at 10am I believe...

I'll be the one sporting the latest in Concealed garment wear...

A nice blue-ish green-ish Hawaian "HES GOTTA GUN!" shirt...

I'll have that big bore Marlin over my shoulder looking for a few accoupraments for that today as well...

Maybe I'll run into a few of y'all there...

Look for the green Aero's ballcap as well...

No! I won't be drawing a target on me this time either! Geesh...

I usually go to that one wearing my bib overalls (like over half of the other guys). Today, however, I've got to work. Maybe I'll see you there another time.

Wow that was a busy show! Maybe everyone got their income tax check and decided they need a new gun! I had T.R. Graham do some work for my on my G22 and had to walk around waiting for two hours! Sorry I did not run into any of you guys.

I was there about 11am. I bought a WASR Romanian AK variant and a bunch of 7.62x39. It's ugly and covered in cosmoline like a good surplus rifle should be.

We need to coordinate better...

Looks like the Reliant show is up next...

After we all get done we need to pick a place to go eat afterwards...

It'll be the safest spot in Houston, I can guarantee you that...

I stop going to the Pasadena show as it has turned into a beef jerky/rock show rather than a gun show.

Did you guys see anything?

Nothing that made me pull my wallet out.

The friend who was with me bought a bag of reloaded ammo very cheap. I didn't see anything in a caliber that I shoot cheaper than Academy.

Most of the firearms that I know the market prices of were overpriced, but I don't know how willing the sellers were to bargain.

There are a couple of vendors who have lots of new handguns in the $300-600 range. They must have been decent values, because they had buyers lined up filling out forms.

It is the only gun show between Houston and the Gulf.

Myself, I'm looking forward to the Conroe (3/10-11) and Bryan (3/17-19) shows this month.

Saxet was my favorite show when they were in Spring every month.
Now the Conroe shows are the only ones close enough to travel to.

The RK Bryan show is smaller, more in line with what gun shows used to be.

Both allow me to see different dealers and different guns. I've got the merchandise at the High Caliber and Real shows almost memorized.

I'm with "seamusTX" on this one as well...

The Pasadena show used to have a few things I could find an excuse to run over there and paruse/buy...

Maybe I've got enough "stuff" for my evil collection...For now...

And I am now looking to refine my searches for things associated with the "old school" equipment...

FWIW, the Pasadena show is convienient, little cost to get in, and has stuff I may need more of down the road...

I'll know better where I can go later this month...That Reliant show should help out tremendously...

The Bryan show was small, as expected, but I picked up a very nice S&W 15-3, 4" at a fair price.

It was worth the trip!
