Rejected Fingerprints

I have been out of the waiting room since the first part of January, but one of the guys in my class had his fingerprints rejected. He resubmitted them and has heard nothing for the last four or five weeks. Does anyone have a guesstimation on time frame for him?

My wife and I both had our fingerprints rejected; we had them redone using the F.A.S.T. method that the DPS recommended. From the day, that we resubmitted to the day the plastic arrived was 67 days. Have your friend call the CHL office and ask the status; we found their staff to always friendly and helpful.
