This morning while I was in line to vote I was a couple people back from two African-American gentlemen. At one point in their conversation one said "you can tell who I'm voting for just by looking at me". Well, looking at him , and listening to his conversation, he seemed like an intelligent, articulate, individual so obviously he's voting for Romney. Or did I miss something?

If I'd have thought of that while standing there, I'd have been hard pressed not to say it out loud.

There is a prayer hanging on my wall - "Dear Lord, please keep your arm around my shoulders and your hand over my mouth." This definitely would have been one of those moments!

I was disappointed at the complete lack of U.N. election monitors at my polling place in Colleyville.

I wasn't monitored last week at early voting either.
