Carry at San Jancinto Park & the Battleship Texas.

Can a CHL holder carry at either location? I am getting conflicting information. Thanks.

Here's a thread from December '06. In it, 300shooter posted a copy of a letter from TPWD. We all agree that carrying into that park is OK. I would assume it applies to the ship itself which is part of the park.
