wrist forearm braces

I had some pretty deep arm surgery last month that removed a few pieces of bone on the elbow and wrist
mobility is coming back pretty fast, but i was looking at some sort of braces with the support on the backside of my hand and lower forearm, much like a bowling wrist support, that would not have any bulk in the palm area so i can still have good feeling for the pistol
soooo
anyone use a bowling support like robby's or the like

I think you need to wait a few more months before going to the range personally.

oh yes
I am on a forbidden visit list from my doc until 7 jan at the earliest.
He is an avid sport shooter and really pulled no punches as to getting healed. but i am like to plan ahead.....its horrible not getting any range time in :totap:

Don't you have two hands? When my right hand was healing from carpal tunnel surgery I shot left handed.

I wear arm/wrist braces similar to Robby's when the day is completely over.

If I don't wear them, my hands wake me with a "pins and needles-like" pain and numbness.

I have done some exercises using my left hand. but it is slow, and odd feeling.
i been driving left handed for sometime, but writing and being accurate at the range is taking awhile. End goal is to be proficient with both hands.
