Just wondering where all the good gun shops/tactical stores are in the DFW area.....I am near Grapevine.
I have been to Bass Pro, Cabelas, and Cheaper Than Dirt, and not found very much. Although, Cheaper then Dirt had the best prices of them all.
I am trying to find a nice range/tactical bag.
Thanks in advance!

These are some of the places I buy my stuff from, not sure what your looking for but they range from military surplus to LEO supplies. As far as a nice range bag, I picked one up at Cabelas last weekend for $20.00, they're normally $40.00, dunno if they're still on sale or not though.

Sportsman's Warehouse in Lewisville is worth a stop. their handgun prices seem to be better than the other big guys. Others report their reloading supplies are similarly competitive.

Here's one more for you.....
Gun Leather, Inc 116 Lipscomb St, Ft. Worth
They're not that well known to the general public and kind of hard to find, but the have lots of holsters (including concealment holsters),belts, bags, Surefire and Streamlight products and other police supplies.
Well worth the effort to find them.

Plan ahead. Each Tue the DMN has a coupon in the Metro section good for $10 off a $50 purchase. The coupon is good till the end of the weekend.

Nice guys, good prices on the in-stock firearms.
Kel-Tec P3AT was $229
Henry .22 levergun was $235.
Marlin 336 was $300.
There were out of the Taurus 1911, had sold 3 yesterday at $535 each.
All new guns
Good selection of rental handguns.

I hav found ok deals at the Bullet Trap in Plano-- google them and they come up--- sort of far from the west side of the D/FW, but it has a great range--- plus they have a Desert Glock that I have to have...
