Hey guys, i searched around a little bit and couldn't find a definite answer. The wife got tickets to the Dallas Sidekicks game tonight, which will be played at the Allen Event Center. I've been there numerous times, but only for gun shows. I have never seen a permanent 30.06 at the AEC. I went to the OSU vs Perdue on New Years....and not carrying really sucked.

As most of you know, the law read:

"On the premises where a high school, collegiate, or professional sporting event or interscholastic event is taking place, unless the license holder is a participant in the event and a handgun is used in the event"

My question is does a Dallas Sidekicks game count as a professional event?

I dont know who they are, but simply put, if they get paid to play, they are professional
From a quick google search, they are a soccer team and they are paid, so thus they are professional

Yes, they are a member of the PASL which stands for Professional Arena Soccer League. I would not carry there.

City named sports team... I'd say they qualify as pro.
