Glock has special pricing and I wanted to pass it on. They add the military, retired military, security, FD and others to the deal. GT's website below lists those that qualify in red on the right of the page. At those prices you also get 3 magazines. Just passing this on as I know there are a lot qualified in here for that price. I don't work for GT, just wanted to share the info.

yeah, but you can't shoot cast-lead bullets out of a glock (or not suppose to-voids warranty).

An after market barrel such as from Lone Wolf will fix that.

I don't know many defense attorneys who couldn't afford sticker price on a Glock.

They are probably older, or the exception. Sallie Mae has >$100,000 in my debt. Interest is at an atrocious 6.8%-7.9%. Public defenders here make 30-40k, and my job (private practice) isn't much better.

That's impossible. Everybody knows that lawyers make gobs of money and drive Ferraris. I see it on TV all the time. They also have lots of sexy paralegals and street-hardened private investigators to help them fight for truth, justice, and the American way.
(Boy, that took me a while to write, I kept

Which would make it more expensive than an equivalent polymer pistol that can shoot lead by default, surely?
Oh absolutely, I was just pointing out it could be done.
