That is awesome HEMIzygote! Let me be the first to extend a word of congrats to you. I am on day 42 since the DPS received all of my paperwork and my online status still says Processing Application as it switched from Packet Mailed to Applicant back on Feb. 28.
Can you please give us a timeline on your progression towards your plastic? I would be interested to see your timeline and see if maybe I might be afforded the luxury of getting mine around the same timeframe...at least I hope
Regards,
Jason

Well...bribe the postal delivery person with candy (perhaps some green beer for St. Patty's) ....
Once in carry well and be safe...Happy Wally Walk!

I was just looking at some other timelines. I see others received their pin AFTER they mailed in their packet.
I did my application online (about two weeks before my class), and then a couple days before my class I got that packet in the mail. In side it had all the paperwork needed to do a by-hand application along with my online application that I just had to sign and mail in.
Got the rest of the documents notarized at the course and mailed it a couple days later.
