I will not do business with these folks again

I ordered a Mauser bayonet from Samco Global Arms, Inc. on the 12th and got one of those confirmations of order in my email inbox that day...then nothing. After a couple of days, I got curious. So, I emailed their customer service on the 15th and got no response. Today I decided to call them. A man did answer the phone, but didn't seem very concerned about my order in the least. He didn't even ask me what my order number was, just "What did you order?" I then heard him yell something away from the phone, and then a woman in the background yell something back...then he says it'll ship out Monday...and I should get it next week. No explanation or apology was given, not even an excuse like "We're really backed up with orders"...like I said, just didn't seem concerned at all. Granted, my order isn't a big money-maker or anything but then again, how hard is it to wrap up an old bayonet in some paper, throw it in a box, slap on a label, and put it in a pile for the delivery company pickup? Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but it left a bad impression on me. At this point, I highly doubt I'll ever order from them again. I'll update this when the bayonet is delivered.

I really wasn't sure which sub-forum to put this in. If it would be better in the "Never Again", it wouldn't bother me if one of the mods moved it.
