What is wrong with Suburbs? I live in Collin County, the best County in TX and one of the safest. If you are doing great financially, then most likely you would never consider to commit a violent crime, unless it is domestic violence.

Any failed young-life would consider organized crime, such as drug-based gangs as quick money making machine. All of those are social problems and who to fault then:
1) Bad parents
2) Bad schools
3) Bad friends
