A few weeks ago I did the online application and paid the 140$. I also went to L1 and got fingerprints and passport photos (they gave me a printout of the passport photos), and when I log in now it says they are waiting for required materials. I just took my CHL class yesterday. What all do I need to send in to them and to where?

You should have printed out a check list of the items to send in after filling out the online app and paying your fee. Get that check list and read it.

I never printed it, and now it wont let me look when I log in to my app. I cant find a good checklist online that I know is right, has anyone submitted recently and remembers theirs?

You need to send the the CHL-100 completion form from the class. You also need to send the signed photo holder, either with photos or a note to use your DL photo. Their mailing address should be on the receipt and checklist with the barcode you got from applying online. You should send the barcoded checklist too, along with anything else on the checklist for special conditions.

Hopefully they sent you a copy of the Bar-coded Checklist to your e-mail. You should send the checklist along with the required materials.
