Received renewal CHL in 41 days

Hi,
Sent package in on 2/09/2007. DPS received it on 2/13/2007
Check the web and status was Application Completed - license issued or certificate active on 3/19/2007.
Received CHL in mail box on 3/22/2007
Total days from dropping it off at the post office until CHL arrive at mail box is 41 days.
