.38 Spl +P IDPA loads

Anybody here every worked out any .38 Spl +P loads that meet the IDPA power factor thing out of a 4" revolver?

I enjoyed meeting you this past Saturday at PSC-IDPA, and look forward to seeing you at Thunder.
As far a a .38 load, I shoot a 158 gr. plated Berry's bullet over 4.3 grains of TiteGroup, with Winchester or R-P or Federal brass and Winchester or Federal or CCI primers.
