Did anyone hear Edd Hendee 700 am The Voice this morning (Mon. 03-26-07) in Houston?

He was going on about Saturday night special, "high-power" rifles and not just hunting rifles but "assault rifles" and how the only reason to have a "high-power" rifle in you vehicle is to kill someone.

With friends like this, who needs enemies.

I remember listening to liberal talk show host Ed Schultz's replacement for a vacation. He had Paul Helmke on.
For every positive call, there were 2-3 negative ones (negative meaning pro gun)

I was amazed and nearly shocked.

That's very disappointing. I listen to Ed Hendee a lot on the way to work and being a conservative, I'm suprised that those comments were made. I'll have to see if there is a podcast to download and see exactly what was said and in what context.
