Scientists Create Zombie Cells, This Will End Poorly

The zombie apocalypse is coming soon! An American team of biology researchers has recently created “zombie” cells that can outperform natural living cells. The technique used took mammalian cells and coated them with silica, which created a near-perfect replica.
Oh, you doubters! I'll bet you wish now you had stocked up for the zombie apocalypse!

The technique also created permeable armor around the zombie cell to protect it from real-world conditions.
There's the weakness right there. My 308 ammo will penetrate "permeable armor"

I know my 11 yr old does - he's ready to take out some zombies. Every time we go shooting I catch him aiming for the head.
