SOLD: New Frontier complete lower

Gotta sell to fund another purchase 
The lower receiver is gone; the pistol is still available... please close this thread... I'll open another for the pistol.
My conditions:
1. Face To Face within Houston area.
2. Must have CHL... if not must be applying and show that background check has completed.
3. Must be willing to sign a firearm's Bill of Sale. All I fill out on the form is your name and CHL/DL number... one copy for you, one for me.
New Frontier LW-15 Polymer lower. I got this in December and it has never been never been fired (I don't have an upper). Price $125 which covers my cost and transportation (not trying to gouge anyone).
Smith & Wesson 22A. I bought this to teach my daughters how to shoot last September... it's a nice gun and fun to shoot, but I bought something much funner that I have to pay for (a Ruger 10/22 Tactical) I am the original owner and we have put 940 rounds thru it. Comes with original box, manual, lock & 4 10 round magazines (it comes with 2 from the factory; plus 2 more I bought for a total of $50 with shipping). Price $275
