Lapdog media kicked & still licking their master's hand

A classy bunch:
“I had a young reporter asking tough, important questions of an Obama Cabinet secretary,” says one DC veteran. “She was doing her job, and they were trying to bully her. In an e-mail, they called her the vilest names....” He complained and was told the matter would be investigated: “They were hemming and hawing, saying, ‘We’ll look into it.’ Nothing happened.”
Meanwhile, the increasingly obsequious Steve Kroft at “60 Minutes” has had more access to the president than any other reporter, and his last sitdown — with Obama and outgoing Secretary of State Hillary Clinton — was less a scrupulous exit interview than an infomercial for Hillary 2016. Kroft kicked off things by making it clear he had been summoned: “This is not an interview I ever expected to be doing,” Kroft said. “But I understand, Mr. President, this was your idea. Why did you want to do this together, a joint interview?”
Still in the tank though, and increasingly irrelevant as anything more than a barking chorus on their master's command.

My lovely assistant Meryl is holding your award. Since this is the internets, you only get the photo. And it's only yours to look at for one day, since it's only an ".... of the DAY" award.
If you were to win the most "of the day" awards, your "... of the year" trophy would be the same, however, it would be presented by a much younger version of Ms. Meryl.

I wouldn't take an award from her if you paid me, not even a virtual one. When she and Jack Nicholson came to Albany NY to film "Ironweed" and we had to install special telephone lines in the house she was "loaned" for her stay, she was downright rude to me and the other telephone man doing the job. At least Jack was accessible during his stay, and friendly enough that between takes he came and chatted with the extras.

Y'all need to chill ...
It was the first decent photo I could find of someone "presenting" a trophy.
I'm not a big Meryl fan, but she was hilarious in Devil Wears Prada (and I'm keeping my man card, that was a funny movie
)
