In Upper Darby Township, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia area) last week, a 27-year-old white woman who had been ejected from a Family Dollar store for suspected shoplifting returned and sprayed employees with pepper spray. When store employees "subdued" her, she tossed the pepper spray to her 7-year-old daughter and allegedly said, "You know what to do, baby. Spray it!"

The girl did not. The mother of the year was arrested and found to have a bag of pot and other controlled substances.
"She deserves to have kids like the man in the moon deserves to have kids," the police superintendent said. "These kids don't have a shot with a mom like that."

When police searched Garling, she had a bag of marijuana on her and eight clonazepam pills, which are used to treat seizures and panic attacks, police said.

She was charged with simple assault, possession of a controlled substance and related offenses. Garling's children were placed in the custody of their father.
:banghead: These people should not be allowed to reproduce. Hopefully the Dad is better, but you wonder with a wife like that.

The taxpayers are probably paying for the kids anyway.
