Since Obama didn't get his way in the Senate, what's his next step?

Yep, you guessed it. Bypass Congress and the Constitution.

The President can do very little that isn't authorized by Congressional action, in an already passed law somewhere giving authority to do something. He can't even ride over to Costco and fill up his big black car unless Congress approves the expenditure.

If he could do something, he already would have.

Keep an eye out on this guy but don't fret about it much.

Skippy and him minions continue to modify the language to better fit what they want to do, making it more patable to their base.

Presidential Order became a Presidential Action.

Presidential Action became an Executive Action.

I am sure there is at least one more modification in this process. Anyone rember what it was?
