they must really lean hard to the right and have expectations of their leaders actually following their laws and being a legal citizen

The US District Attorney is involved...He'll go Federal!

I think he should be treated as a war criminal and let the Military gather all the required "information" from him. Now he'll just lawyer up and shut up. Nothing good comes from treating a terrorist with civilian "rights" US citizen or not!

If the Feds are involved, perhaps the bomber can claim to be part of the New Islamic Panther movement and request that all charges be dropped?

Please don't hold your breath, waiting for that to happen. If he were an old white guy, maybe it would. Otherwise, not a chance.
