Man shoots two people in separate locations, car jacks three cars and kidnaps two people all in less than an hour.
From gun fee California.

Really makes me sad to read stories like this.
9 year old girl shot 10 year old boy playmate in the back. Being baby sat by 14 year old who obviously did n't do a good job.

Now a college campus shooting in Santa Monica. Some reports are saying 6 dead. In California and in a gun free zone.

Parents thought there 10 year old girl didn't feel well and was bleeding because of menstruation. Actually it was a drive by shooting that went through the wall of her house an hit her in bed. Fortunately they realized it was a bullet wound the next morning.

The difference is that here in Texas we aren't hypocritically attempting to stop the average citizen from defending themselves or to disarm them, and acting as if that will stop violent criminals the way they do in California.

Doing a quick search - looks like 4 LEOs were shot 7 yrs ago and and in the 80s a bunch of high school kids killed an undercover cop. Well...

yet we still have the same violence if not more in some areas and rarely if ever read of a chl stopping it. massive amount of robberies lately as well.

In the United States any town with over 10,000 now has similar shootings. Most of us don't live in Giddings and have to live where we work.
