Another example of how the so-called "War on Drugs" has caused a general breakdown in the protection of our civil liberties.

The searches and seizures conducted today would have been unthinkable in 1960.

You have to wonder why these searches only seem to happen to women?

I don't know know what to say.

This is unbelievable to me. It is the exact scenario as Irving.

If DPS is not condoning this and it appears they are not sense they are firing the Troopers why is this still happening? :headscratch

Did this happen befor or after the Helleson incident? If after, then stupid knows no bounds. On another note, McCraw just basically admitted the women's civil rights were violated. HE needs to be ousted in my opinion. One of these instances may be an anomaly, but two (that have been reported) indicates systematic failures.

That is a good question. Either way DPS should have sent out some inter-office communications so this would not have happened twice.

The responsibility of doing this has to come from command , I dont think this is an idea of the officers .

Or before or after it became public knowledge?
