Um, yeah, I said I have a CCW and the attacker is wounded. Figure it out.Victim: I'm licensed with a CCW, he's currently wounded. And um.
911: Currently what?
Victim: Wounded.
911: Wounded? You sh... Did you shoot him? How is he wounded?
Do stupid things, win stupid prizes.“‘I’m sorry, please don’t kill me, I don’t know why I did that, I’m high you know, I just wanna go home,’” the teen told the man who had just shot him.

Couple of interesting points: 1-the 911 operator "sounding incredulous" ...<snip>
Anyone have any ideas here? Seems high...The intended victim moved quickly, pulling his stainless steel .40-caliber Smith and Wesson. It had a full 10-bullet magazine, and was worth about $900 police estimated.
The victim should buy a lotto ticket for being so lucky to end up having shoot this guy of all people...Whatever the outcome, the teen has written a letter apologizing to his victim.
“I don’t blame you for what you did. You were only trying to protect yourself. I only wish I could go back to change it to were (sic) I never did it.”
“Im very sorry,” he closes at the letter’s end.

Looks like a 4006, or maybe a 4046. They weren't even $900 when new. LE trade-ins on a 4046 are about $300 now.
