I'm really new here

Sent my app out on 3/28 and noticed today my status changed to Application Completed - license issued or certificate active. Since I should be expecting it to show up soon, I have to ask the newbie question- what's the wally walk? I've seen it here quite a bit but don't really understand what y'all mean by it. Already going to pick up my new carry piece friday-a sig 232.
