Invalid 30.06 at Lubbock Heart Hospital

It is an old sign. Is this hospital associated with the Texas Tech School of Medicine?

The proper wording:

"PURSUANT TO SECTION 30.06, PENAL CODE (TRESPASS BY HOLDER OF A LICENSE TO CARRY A CONCEALED HANDGUN)
A PERSON LICENSED UNDER SUBCHAPTER H, CHAPTER 411, GOVERNMENT CODE (CONCEALED HANDGUN LAW),
MAY NOT ENTER THIS PROPERTY WITH A CONCEALED HANDGUN."

"CONFORME A LA SECCIÓN 30.06 DEL CÔDIGO PENAL (TRASPASAR PORTANDO ARMAS DE FUEGO)
PERSONAS CON LICENCIA BAJO DEL SUB-CAPITULO H, CAPITULO 411, CODIGO DE GOBIERNO (LEY DE PORTAR ARMAS),
NO DEBEN ENTRAR A ESTA PROPIEDAD PORTANDO UN ARMA DE FUEGO."

Interesting how the sign puts in small print in red at the bottom "Article 4413(29ee), revised statutes, has been codified at Chapter 411, Subchapter H, Government Code. It's like they think this is a valid sign because you are supposed to substitute one for the other, based on the inclusion of the text at the bottom in red....

I have seen references to Article 4413(29ee) on signs before. I'm not sure I have seen one where they have the included text in red at the bottom that references Chapter 411, Subchapter H.

JPS hospital in Fort Worth has basically the same signs. JPS is also weird because it is county property AND a teaching hospital.
