carrying around felons

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I feel obligated to carry concealed and my license allows me to do this. However, my very good friend that is currently on parole feels that if he is in my company, and it is found out that I am packing, he will certainly go back to the clink. I'm not sure that this isn't hogwash but he has more to lose than I. Any thoughts?

As long as the firearm is directly under your control, and not accessible to him, then he should be OK.

That means, it needs to be in a holster on your belt - not in your glove box or center console in the car.

I agree with this as well...You have a friend, I have a family member...

His Parole Officer tried to shake me down on the issue, since somehow they found out I am a gun nut...Told me I had to get rid of them if my family member came over for a visit...If I didn't they would throw him back into prison, and charge me with making firearms accessable to a convicted felon...

I bet thats about what they are doing to you???

That's horrible Stevie! I hope you took them to task over it. That's outrageous!

No...I caved...I was weak and ashamed of myself...

I was going to give them one of these  , but I thought that would make them really mad at me...

I don't know why I need guns anyway! With good people out there like this to protect us...I feel safer already...

Ok, now for the  ...
