add-on lumbar support for car

background: i drive a fairly low-end (but new) econobox car due to the amount of driving i do for work. i've had this car for 4 or 5 months which seems to coincide with an increasing intolerance to IWB in the 330-4 position. i've carried this way almost exclusively for 2 years with no change to the holster (theis hybrid style) or gun (LC9). Last week I pocket carried all week and felt much better but that was wearing shorts with pockets that facilitate said method of carry. Jeans season is neigh upon us and it's just not feasible to pocket carry with the jeans i have plus i really prefer it to be on my belt in most cases. it may be something else, but i suspect that the seat in my car is to blame for my recent back issues. i'd like to replace the car with something else with even higher MPG like a prius, but i'm not sure that would solve the issue. before the econobox i had a NB miata for about a year and it didn't seem to cause any issues.
question: does anyone have experience with a memory foam or other type of lumbar support for vehicles? i get in and out of my car 10-15 times per day so it would need to have some method of attaching it to the seat so it doesn't move around too much. the only other thought i've had is to replace my belt with a stiffer one as i currently use a hank's amish-style belt, but the belt hasn't really changed in the past two years either so i'm thinking it's not the problem.
