I was wondering if anyone has heard of or even has shot a Black Forged AR15? It seems like the AR make it is the equivalent to Ford, Dodge & Chevy. To many out there to choose which one. Every time I think I know what I will get I hear of another one and not sure which one I will get. Colt, RRA, S&W, Core 15, Winham, etc.

I've never heard of them but, that doesn't mean a lot.

AR15s are like 1911 pistols everybody and their dog are making them. Most are of decent quality some are superb some are junk. It's hard to go wrong with any of the brands you mentioned. I own a S&W and I am very happy with the rifle. I also have a "Frankenrifle" a DPMS upper on a New Frontier Armory lower. This one has been 100% so far. Do your research, and buy the best rifle your budget will allow.

M4Carbine.net is an excellent source for AR recommendations - they'll tell you quickly to stay away from Bushmaster, RR, and others - they like Colt, Noveske, Daniels Defense, BCM among others...
Be sure though before you start a thread asking for advice that you do a search first on whatever AR interest you have.
They're brutal if you ask a question that you could have found the answer to by doing a search first...

Colt LE6920 is the one I was leaning towards if I can get one at 1k or lower if not S&W or Winham.

Lots of info here, without having to wade through m4carbine.net:

StrangeBulge,
I just visited your suggested link - It's greatly informative.
I wish like heck I'd have known of it's existence earlier.
My only criticism is the pricing information is outdated.
To the OP: I bought my Colt LE6920 from Walmart a few months ago for $1097.00 and a Colt LE6920 Magpul configuration for $1147.00 - since then the cost has come down a bit more. Some Walmarts are selling them the basic Colt LE6920 for just under a $1000.00
