I'm not quite sure what to think of Michael Moore's statement recently that 'Guns don't kill people, Americans kill people'. He goes on to essentially say that Americans kill a lot more people with guns than citizens of other countries. What he doesn't say is that many other countries have a high violent crime rate and other things are used as weapons instead. Then, there is also the population factor, gangs and the per capita numbers...

Still, I figured he would be on the Guns Kill People bandwagon....

I place more value on my dog's piles on the lawn than what Michael Moore has to say about any particular topic. He's a windbag that got rich on being controversial. That's all.

I agree completely with your assement. I am just surprised to see that someone with far left leaning views on most things, and a Hollyweird background as well say anything that doesn't place responsibility for violence squarely on guns.

Neither has Morgan Spurlock, which is surprising considering his "Super Size Me" documentary. As for Michael Moore, he is a complete tool but I'm surprised as anyone that he isn't placing the blame solely on inanimate objects.

I found the caption on the picture of Moore in the article to say that Moore is trying to have the crime scene photos from Sandy Hook released. Guess he only looks to make money off that tragedy much like he did with Columbine.
