Finger Print FAST Pass Form

I was finger printed on October 8, and submitted the check list, CHL-100, and DD 214 through first class mail to DPS on October 9. I didn't include the FAST pass form as I assumed the prints and back ground check results are transmitted digitally to DPS. Is this going to be a problem?

No. The FAST PASS is your receipt. It does not get sent to DPS.
