NTSA training anygood? They never resp. to my email

Hi all,
A few weeks back I sent North Texas Shooting Academy an email inquiring about their upcoming training class. I never heard back. That doesn't make me feel confident laying out hundreds of dollars with someone that doesn't respond to emails.
Has anyone ever been to them? Are they any good? I'm looking at the basic pistol class.
