I don't know, but city, county, and state parks cannot legally be 30.06 posted.

There's some question about parks that are built on land leased from the federal government.

Does anyone know about this?

The website for Bear Creek Park says no guns except for peace officers but they don't say if that's a county rule (shouldn't apply to CHL) or a federal rule.

American Shooting Centers is inside Cullen Barker Park so it would be weird if guns aren't allowed there but there's no requirement that laws make sense.

Please be aware that this park is part of a federally-owned reservoir and it is the priority of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

Does that really hold, or do they have to have a 30.06?

In other words, the park will probably flood when it rains.

Well I didn't want to post the whole site..the "park is part of a federally-owned" is the most important part right?

So do you just ignore it and carry anyway

Are you saying the rule doesn't matter because the highest federal law says the right to bear arms shall not be infringed?
