Going to a concert at the Erwin center in Austin at the end of the month, is it legal to carry there? Or no because it's a collegiate building?

Concerts are not an off limits event, so the only real remaining question is if the location is off limits. Penal Code 46.03 makes it unlawful to carry on the premises of a school or educational institution.
