Unbelievable, I ordered my CHL Change of Address and received it in 4 working days. I recently moved to town and did my change of address thing last Saturday evening. I received my new CHL yesterday!! Still haven't received my new Drivers License. Really unexpected, thanks DPS

That's a nice change. I remember the CHL address change taking longer even though it costs more than twice as much.
