Dallas intruder killed after victim pulls gun from couch

There was probably illegal activity involved, but I find it amazing that the media referred to the resident who shot the intruder as the victim. So out of character

my Father inlaw did. No kids in the house. 30-30 marlin between the cushions.

I wouldn't put it past some of my kid free relations. Come to think of it, if I did not have kids around and I had a good way to do it, and extra firearms, I might just do that myself one day.
