Lunch with wife / RED 51% sign

So Saturday we went out to lunch at Drix in Katy. As we walked up to the front door I see the Blue TABC sign so I carry on in. After being seated towards the back I see a Red 51% in Spanish beside the office door. 
I know the Blue sign is the correct one but was surprised to see the other by the office & restrooms. I didn't bring it up there but I'm wondering if someone is confused there.
